Hi,

I would like to know under what scenario I able to get my sales order in KVBI?

I have several sales order but some not able to show in KVBI.

How to know the sales order has actual cost? I even has thst cost captured in KB21N but it does not show in KVBI.

it the order have actual cost, you shall be able to find the order in table COSP (access COSP with key OBJNR).

to find the link Sales Order --> OBJNR, you shall use table VBAP.
