How do you build Bi-Weekly Time window

Former Member

We are in need of a time windows which a job will run bi-weekly starting on tuesday Sept 13 2011 , then will skip the next tuesday and run on the next Tuesday which is the 27th and so on. We cannot use the second and 4th week of the month because sometimes it will occure on the first and 2 week of the month.

The chain will be submitted everyday we just have the one job which we want to run every 2 weeks. we cannot run the jobs seperate because we have dependencys which must run before and after this job.

Any help would be appriciated.

Thanks

dion,

The Tuesday should be either odd tuesdays or even tuesdays if you say biweekly .

if the above assumption is true then you can add

for Odd tuesdays (add 3 elements)

1st 3rd and 5th tuesdays

for Even tuesdays (add 3 elements).

2nd,4th,6th tuesdays

thanks

Babu.

The problem with using the 1st, 3rd and 5th nd week of the month method is it falls apart in Dec 2011

Dec 13 and 27 Should be dec 6th and 20th

what we need to see is every 2 weeks like this

Sept 13th, 27th

Oct 11th, 25th

Nov 8th, 22nd

Dec 6th and 20th

.....

I have not been able to find a way to make this time window.

Thanks for any help
