Is there anyway to resolve this kind of issue.

As i read from other post

Hello,

You may check your antivirus software, it can happen, that you antivirus application is modifiing the zip file while it is downloading from db server (sbo-common) database.

Steps to resolv this issue:

If you running on the server do the following:

1. start run appwiz.cpl (this is the add/remove programs)

2. check that sap b1 client and di api is installed. Versions prior 8.81 was installing each components, and sometimes is caused an issue.

3. stop your DI api pending services

4. remove DI API installation

5. remove sap b1 client

6. install sap b1 client from server share client directory. this will install di api

7. remove sm_obs_dll folder

8. start your service, and check what's happens with the sm_obs_dll folder.

If you are running client only, reinstall your sap b1 client.

Sometimes, when you upgarde your b1 and some application uses di api is running, the di api installation can caused an error.

Hi Gordon,

We didnt try but YES it was upgraded from SAPB1 2007A to SAPB1 8.8 SP00 PL16

We already mentioned this problem but they said they raised this issue to SAP already.

So now I'm doing my own research and solution thru forum
