System Message

Dear Experts,

I have successfully installed SAP B1 8.87 PL 10 when login getting error as below :

You cannot upgrade company database from SAP Business One client. Use the upgrade wizard in download package, or contact your partner.

Then I trying to upgrade on 8.8 PL 13. All going well but when System Preparation Checkup comes it raised error as System Error.

Note : Error Is just (System Error) not specified reason or any message.

Plz help.
