Hello,

We want to implement Radio Frequency in graphical terminals.

Do you know if we can execute SAPGUI in Windows CE? Which version?

Any other possibilities?

Thanks in advance.

We are currently using SAPConsole on text based telnet enabled devices. We are looking to change the devices to CE based devices.

I've started testing using MS Terminal Services on these devices. Our goal is to use just a few simple transactions which are designed for use with these devices with smaller screens.

The way I've found to maximize the screen is to first disable the "New Visual Design" and then disable the in the GUI options, disable the "Standard Toolbar", the "Application Toolbar" and the "Status Bar". If you do not disable the "New Visual Design" there is no option to disable the before mentioned toolbars.

The only way to navigate in the SAPGUI once all of the toolbars have been disabled is by using transaction LM00 - Mobile Data Entry. This transaction was designed for these simplified devices and specifically for SAPConsole.

My solution would be great if I could get rid of the Title and Menu bars at the very top of the SAPGUI. However, we've found that this solution is workable even with these bars.

If anyone knows of a way to remove these bars, please let me know.

Thanks,

Roy

You are going to want to look at the SAPConsole tool probably. This tool (along with the addition of Websapconsole in the 640 release) is designed for running simplified Radio Frequency transactions. The older version (SAPConsole) is used for Telnet Based connections. The new version (websapconsole) runs in a web browser.
