Static reports / suppressed rows for missing data

I've the following problem: We are analysing planning data for customer/product relations on a monthly level.

For certain customer/product relations no planning data exists for some future month - especially if the product e.g. is planned quarterly.

For that case in the source data there is no record for the key month/customer/product -> as a result the period is dropped from the report.

What we want is a STATIC report that always shows e.g. 12 month - even if there is no data for this key combination.

I've tried a lot of combinations of structures, cells .... but the BEX Explorer always dropes months without planning data out of the report.

I would be very happy if someone can provide a solution for this problem.

    Have you also tried a 12 month structure...a structure with 12 selections where each one is restricted to one month/period? In this case, the empty month will not be removed from the report...

      I don't understand if you still need this particular How-To doc or if you have already received it !
