Is it standard SAP to align the employment percentage on IT7 with the Cap. Utilization on IT8? Our Payroll Department is driving to have a 100% employment percentage on IT7 and a part-time Cap. Utilization on IT8 for part-time employees. How does your company manage part-time work schedule rules on IT7 and IT8? Currently, we have a dynamic action which allow IT7 and IT8 to be in sync where the employment percentage on IT7 matches the cap utilization on IT8.
sikindar.a, Can you tell me what's standard in SAP for how this "should work"?

For part-time employees, our company updates IT7 with the employment percentage and subsequently, we update the cap utilization on IT8 to match the employment percentage. Example, if a person works 20 hours a week, the employment percentage on IT7 is 50% and the cap utilization on IT8 is 50% also.
Now, our Payroll Department has created new work schedule rules for part-time employees. The part-time employee is working 100% of their part-time schedule, and they have configured the employment percentage to show a 100% also. Is it a standard SAP guideline for IT8 to show a cap utilization of 100% for this new part-time schedule? Or should it show a 50% cap utilization?

I am not sure if I get your problem.
Usually infotype 0007 contains the time an employee weekly works (WOSTD)
Table T510I contains the time a fulltime employee has to work (TRWAZ). (the TRFKZ in T510I key comes from T503)
P0008-BSGRD = P0007-WOSTD / T510I-TRWAZ.
