Search screen issue?

Hi Gurus,

I got one seach screen with heading Plan version:01 , Object type:P. with the following field columns ObjectID, Objectabbr , Object Name ,Start date and end Date.

Can anyone let me know in which T-code we have to select these fields to get the same search screen?
