TREX delivers wrong catalog datas

Hi Experts,

We are using eCommerce 7.0 for SAP ERP with a TREX indexserver (

In one of the existing shops that is all working fine. So im sure that all with our configurations and versions are ok. Please do not give me some standard answers like "Is your admintool connected?". That is all running without problems.

My problem:

We have a catalog in the R/3 system named CATALOG_IT. This catalog has one variant with the language IT.

If i call this catalog directly from R/3 without TREX, at the eshop all is working fine. All datas right.

If i replicate this catalog to the TREX and call the catalog from shop via TREX. That is only working 1 of 5 times. The other 4 times, the shop is displaying a wrong catalog (CATALOG_EN) with wrong products (I don't know where they come from). The search function at the eshop is working not some times too.

I have never transmitted this other catalogues (e.g CATALOG_EN) to the TREX! So the TREX theoretical could not have this wrong datas.

For me that looks like isa_cat_replication is doing wrong things.

Do you have any ideas how to fix that problem? What we've done wrong?

Why its working with my existing eshop, but with this new one not (Running on same netweaver with same version)?

Please help me with that problem.

Attention: We don't have a CRM. We are using R/3! Please do not give CRM Tipps or Notes.

Thanks and best regards,

I've described the solution for that problem at the thread "Ecommerce is loading wrong catalog from TREX". Please have a look there.

Check if all the processes are hitting the same TREX server instance.. Is there any other TREX server in the landscape that could interfere ? Sometimes we just copy some configurations from one landscape to the next and end up messing up the RFC connections etc. My 2 cents..
