Changing colour of selected tableView row

Hi,

Does anyone knows how to highlighting a row in a tableView which a user selects.

I’ve created a tableView for single selection (i.e. with radio buttons in the first column) and would like to highlight (change the colour of) the row that was selected and possibly re-select the corresponding radio button.

Any Suggestions?
