Condition Type XXX 207 Condition has been found (without condition record)

Hi,

I created a new item condition type and assigned it to pricing procedure. No pricing condition records are maintained, but in the order - item condition analysis, the message is XXXX 207 Condition has been found (without condition record). This condition type is not manual condition. Please let me know how this is happens and how to control this.

Thank You

Challa

Hello,

I've recently come across this same issue, I've discovered if the access sequence is executed and the

first step is 0 and it returns the pricing condition it will display this message. I've gone in and changed my access sequences to start at 10 instead of 0 so that this message is avoided and the results of the access are shown.

Thank you,

Joseph

Can you please check if any Ref. Condition Type is maintained for the New Condition Type in T Code V/06. As if the Condition Record is created for Ref. Condition Type then this value will be coming for the New Conditon Type in the Sales Order.

Hi,

Following are the possibilities:

1) This order was created through a file which had some value for this cond type. If this is the case, remove

2) The cond type though not marked as manual in the pricing procedure but defined as manual entry has priority in V/06 and has a AltCType routine attached to it in the pricing procedure.

3) In the cond type definition, remove the access sequence and try again.. this might be the cause as well.

Raghu.
