Denormalised table

Hi

I have situation like this one view and one table

calender_view,promotion_fact

These two are joined for featches year.

Now i want to remove the join and add directly year in the promotion_fact.

Please suggest me if i do like this need to change in the ETL jobs side also.

or

any other solution to achive this.
