Hi Experts,
I am having Analysis office reports created on SAP HANA views and I want to know how many times a user ran the report. Basically I am looking at the report usage.
Please let me know if there is way to get how many time a view is called and who is the user , if possible with runtime data.
Thanks,
Guna
You can check/create audit reports in BO to find the report usage.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Thank you.
But issue is I am having report build on different data sources but all of them are running on Analysis office (HANA, BW, ECC). my cetralized reporting in analysis office based on Business objects.
Is there way I can find how may times these report are executed in analysis office.
Currently we are in BI4.1 SP4 and our database is SAP Sybase ASE RT 16.0.02.05.
Kindly advise me how find report usage.
Thanks,
Guna

You may required to deploy the Audit reports from below to get the required metrics for you.

Besides the auditing functionality, there is no reliable way to see how often and by whom a view has been used.
For runtime data, you can check the expensive statements trace and the shared sql cache.
Maybe worth noting is that the concept of "a report" doesn't exist in HANA.
Instead, it deals with queries (and those are not 1:1 to reports).
