Yellow status in BWCCMS for proces chains

Hi

We have a problem concerning the BWCCMS transaction. The status for process chains is yellow even though the process chain is running perfectly. And the status text says "Entire chain has status "A". We have tried to reactivate and schedule the chains but it isn't working, the status is still yellow. It's confusing for our surveillance team, so they would like it to disappear

Hello:

It appears that some additional CCMS configuration may be necessary. Please see the following SAP notes:

708480 - The background job "SAP_CCMS_MONI_BATCH_DP" should be scheduled

647328 - Note the following line from that note: "Messages for the runs are issued to the CCMS by means of the data collection method (RSPC_CCMS_AGENT).For this purpose, CCMS background dispatching must be activated. Depending on the repetition period of the data collection method, it may take up to an hour for values for a newly created monitoring attribute to be reported."
