User account from SAP 4.6 to ECC 6.0 after upgrade

Hello Experts,

This might be a basic/silly question.

We have been recently upgraded from 4.6 to ECC6.0. I had a user account in 4.6. Is it possible to get the same account in ECC6.0 with same access without recreating the user in ECC6.0.
