System hangs when updating an open sales order

Hi All

A client is havin the following issue.

When they go and add a new item to an open sales order and click on update...business one hangs

My SAP is now hanging (Not Responding)

Windows7 brings up a dialog box saying that SAP is not responding should it u201Cwaitu201D or u201Ccloseu201D the program

I close the program and start again to continue.

this happens often..every day, several times a day.

They on SAP8.8 PL19.

What is the size of database and the sales order?

THe database is about 3 - 4 gigs...

In the screen shot of the sales order he sent me, the sales order was only 2 lines and he was trying to add a 3rd line.

Is there possibility some other user updating it in the same time? If not, the item may have problem.

Im not too sure, they are a 20 user site.
