Any FM or BAPI to create sub item conditions in VI02 Conditions tab?

Dear All,

Any FM or BAPI to create sub item conditions in VI02 Transaction conditions tab. I have to add Pricing Elements,

For example i have 1 element like this...

condition type - name - amount - curr-condition value- ...

ZWTY - Trans cost - 1000.00 - INR - 1500.00...

I want to add one more sub item conditions like this??? is there any FM or BAPI for this?

I found one FM SD_SCD_SUBITEMS_CREATE is this work for the same?? but i am not getting how to use this FM

how to give inputs?? any sample code pelase? any replies
