HCM Process & Forms

Dear experts.

I am creating a HCM P&F for update the infotype 0015 /0014.

I am also checking the followinng blog.

My issue is because not appears in the process list for MSS.

Please anyone can help me with suggestionsfor the process for update the infotype 0015 will appear in the process list.

You assign the processes to your role using the table V_T5ASRPROCVALID

Use HRASR_DT for further customisation

You can use BADI HRASR00PROCESS_START_RESTRICT to restrict the processes as well

can you confirm with me does it happen with the standard process also?

CAn you check this in Hrasr_test_process.

now then check the authorisation of the user, assign him sap_all and then check

you can debug here

cl_hrasr00_process_utilities=>get_process_list_for_role

read the note 1261385

authorization object P_ASRCONT

This authorization goes togther with the roles SAP_ASR_EMPLOYEE,

SAP_ASR_MANAGAER, SAP_ASR_ADIMINISTRATOR.

The note not apply for my system. We are with SAPK-60420INEAHRRXX

I assigned the roles SAP_ASR_EMPLOYEE, SAP_ASR_MANAGAER, SAP_ASR_ADIMINISTRATOR to my user.

The system in the portal not show the form standard.

Just assign SAP_ALL and verify the behavior, can you see the process works in hrasr_test_process
