Status Profile control on Maintenance order

Hello,

We need to prevent confirmation of a maintenance order toa particular WBS element. We have updated the status profile on the WBS elements to prevent any postings or assignments or confirmations to it.

But there is something we need to do from Plant maintenance side on the PM order to prevent the confirmation to that WBS. Please provide your valuable inputs on how to do this.

Please include the following objects in your WBS User status based on your requirement

Maintenance order

PP/PM: operation

PP/PM: order header

Thanks for your reply, but this is already included in the user status profile for the WBS element. But is there anything to be done from PM side for the maintenance order user status profile.

Yep. Please assign that Status profile to Oder Type

Thanks for your help. But some other user status profile is already updated on that mantenance order. So how can the WBS user status profile be assigned to that order, where & what exactly we need to change in that order so as to prevent it from getting confirmed to this WBS element.

The Status profile on WBS and the order Type should be same
