Wily Release 8 SP2 patch 3 per note 1273028

Hi,

I'm trying to deploy Introscope 8 in SOLMAN_SETUP solutio nmanager 7.1.

In the note 1273028 it indicates that Release 8 SP2 patch 3 is out (SAPISE02_3)

However, when I go to download I'm still only seeing Release 8 SP2 patch 1 - SAPISEM02_1

Any idea where I can find this package? I'm on Windows 2008 x64.

The problem I'm having with Release 8 SP2 patch 1 is in SOLMAN_SETUP after it is installed, it is showing "Wrong Enterprise manager version". I have a feeling that Patch 3 corrects this as it updates the components to 8.2.3.5.

Any help would be appreciated.
