Crystal Reports Runtimes

We provide Business Objects Crystal Reports XI R2(11.5) runtimes with our own software products.

But XI R2 is no longer supported by SAP.

Is it possible to get the newer release of Crystal Reports runtimes in case the client want upgrade it with free?

If yes, please guide us how to get it.
