RFBIKR00 - Contact person info

I am able to create vendors using BI program RFBIKR00. However I can't find mappings for contact person and contact person address. Based on documentation read, contact person addresses need to be loaded before and separately from RFBIKR00. I am trying to avoid that, as I only need Contact person, Name(first,last), address fields and telephone.

Hi,

The structure to fill in the contact information using this program is BKNVK.

You don't have to pre-load the address data through central address administration, if you are not using the extended versions of the address. The fields you are using are part of the old standard address fields and so filling in BKNVK should achieve what you are trying to accomplish.

I am running pgm RFBIKR00 using LSMW. In LSMW I don't see structure BKNVK. However I looked in program RFBIKR00 and see the definition for BKNVK, so I must be missing some setting to fill contact address info. Any ideas?

I am assuming that you used object 0040, method 0001. The structure BKNVK shows up for mapping if you use method 0002.

Spoke to soon. I changed my LSMW settings to reflect method 0002. Structure BKNVK appears. I am able to enter Contact person name and telephone, but don't see fields to enter contact address. What am I missing
