Hi,

We have Time sheet manage FIORI standard app installed in our organization which has been extended both in the front-end components and back end components. We are following hub based development. Now while trying to test locally, I have an issue with the extended FIORI front end component (SAPUI5 code - bsp). Below ate the steps I am performing. Please guide me...

1) I Download the FIORI front end application (bsp project) to my local system.

2) Import the code to my ECLIPSE ide

3) Make changes to the web.xml file of the application as below

   <servlet-mapping>
<servlet-name>SimpleProxyServlet</servlet-name>
<url-pattern>/sap/*</url-pattern>
</servlet-mapping>
<context-param>
<param-name>com.sap.ui5.proxy.REMOTE_LOCATION</param-name>
<param-value>https://<hostname>:<port>/sap/</param-value>
</context-param>

4) Install tomcat 7.0 and integrate the tomcat server 7.0 to Eclipse IDE

5) In the tomcat configuration, make below changes

In the Modules tab of tomcat , server configuration select the project and click on Edit.

Clear the field path so it is empty and click OK

----------------

But this is not working. Please let me know if there are any other settings which I need to do to make my local app run on local machine.
