TEM Deleting a prebooking

Hi Guys

In Training and events when I try to delete a prebooking for a company I get an error message 'Error when changing the prebooking' I only get it when I try to delete a company prebooking. I can delete a H expernal person or P person withouot any problem it seems to only ocur with a U. I can delete it using pp01 without any problem just not through the attendance menu.

Any ideas is there a setting somewhere specifically for the attendance menu. I've got the relationship maintenance for 027 through OOVK switched to maintain, and the infotype 1001 to company and business event type set to maintain.
