Settlement of internal order

Hi,

I have an internal order in one company code A whose settlement receiver is a cost center in another company code B.

I have created a PO with this internal order, and a GR also for the PO.

Now I believe, the actual cost has incurred to A and the internal order should have this cost associated with it. But when I go to KO03 and check cost analysis, I see the message that no data exists for the analysis object.

Similarly on trying to settle from A to B, I am getting the message, there is nothing to settle or the sender has been already settled, though a GR is already made with that internal order.

This happens only for certain internal orders, not for all.

I also noticed, that this occurs only for the G/L account provided in the internal order. For another G/L account, this problem does not arise.

Does anyone know the reason?

Actual cost will update at the time of MIRO if you want to see PO Level you have to activate commitment management at order type after activating this it will update as commitment go for this transaction you can see your PO value S_ALR_87013018.Correct me if anything wrong

Hi,

Have you checked the accounting document generated at GR? And also check the account assignment for the expense account?
