Batch Installation J2EE 6.20

I would like to perform the J2EE 6.20 installation via batchsetup.bat.

I created an XML file with console.bat as described in the installation and upgrade manual (page 37).

However the batchsetup.bat requires a second XML file for distribution. Where can i find information about the batchinstallation and especially the needed distibutionfile.xml ?
