in which scenario data is loaded directly to infocubes(w/o staging dso)

In CO-OM line item extraction why is the data loaded directly to infocubes?

(in my example data from R/3 tables COBK and COEP is loaded to standard infocubes cost center,internal orders,project 0wbs_c11,bus process 0abc_process)
