Gettin Error ltt exception 'License measurement for HANA failed.' while changing SYSTEM password

Hi,

I've installed Hana Express SPS 12 in virtual machine. I followed following steps to change password of system db of multi-tenant database but got error. Please help

License measurement is timing related and you should be able to ignore it. If you retry the last command, does it happen again?
