Now i am working with Financial module, creating reports

and lists.

To proceed with Batch input, I guess functional knowledge

of financial transaction is essential.

Could you pls guide me what material should i refer now

    Hi Ambichan,

To start with, I think you should first familiarize yourself with the most fundamental terms and concepts. the Online Documentation, I think, is the best source for that.

    1. Go to this link : http://help.sap.com/saphelp_47x200/helpdata/en/e5/078d0b4acd11d182b90000e829fbfe/frameset.htm

First read about the <b>Organizational Units and Basic Settings</b>.

    Then move on to <b>Document</b>.

    2. The next step, I guess, would depend on what your actual requirements are and the nature of the reports you will be writing. But Invariably, I guess you need to know something about GL Accounting. So here's the link for that:

    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_47x200/helpdata/en/c7/a89dd243dd11d182b30000e829fbfe/frameset.htm

Someone else who has extensive FI experience may help you further with the specifics.

    Regards,

    Anand Mandalika.
