inbound sms to SAP CRM

Hello,

we have a requirement from the client for them to be able to send sms from mobile phone into SAP CRM system and for this sms to be transformed into a sales order. So, my question is - if someone have had similar requirement and how it was resolved, using which technique.

Any suggestions would be valuable 😊
