BUS_TRANS_MESSAGE

Hi,

Need some details about BUS_TRANS_MESSAGE Bdoc.

I am creating transactions in CRM and as per business process they are not flowing to ECC. i.e.Interaction Record.

But If I check SMW01, I am getting a BUS_TRANS_MESSAGE Bdoc for every such transaction.

Will you please suggest how to stop the generation of this Bdoc, and what will be the other impact?
