Transfer Change Tracking from one Repo to another in 7.1

Hi,

We are using MDM 7.1 and transport management system to move updated from Dev repository to QA repository.

We are working on Change Tracking and defined the same in DEV box. Now when I am creating the transport request, I am not able to see any changes related to change tracking in transport report to select.

Please suggest whether is it possible to transfer change tracking using transport management?

If Yes, please share the steps to create the trasnport? If No, what are alternates to move the same?

You have to enable the change tracking only in Production environment. As data changes in DEV/QA need not be tracked otherwise your change tracking table in database simply grows which is not of any use.

If you want to test its result, then do it in DEvelopment/Quality environment and manually make the same change in Production manually.

Hi vikas,

We can not track the changes happened to change tracking and we can not move that from one repository to other using CTS+

only way is to do it manually in every repository

Dear Vikas,

you cant transport the CT while schema transport,you got to re-configure after the QA move.
