SapGui for HTML

We have a customer who insists on knowing the disadvantages of 'power users' using SapGui for HTML. Obvious issues (to me anyway), surround performance , bandwidth etc. but does anyone know of a document/white paper that shows the kind of information I am seeking?

We are using portal/ITS technology.
