EFWK errors within SAP Solution Manager 7.1

Hello!

We are using SAP Solution Manager 7.1, SP2 and have set up "Technical Monitoring" for SAP Solution Manager itself.

Unfortunately we get a lot of errors within EFWK extractors and we miss some of Diagrams within Interactive Reporting session

(e.g. Performance of ABAP stack).

Quesiton:

Is there some "How To Guide" for the troubleshooting of EFWK errors within SOLMAN?

We also found a lot of errors for SAP systems that we no longer monitor from SOLMAN

Questions

How to deactivate all of EFWK extractors for SAP systems that we no longer monitor?

How to delete all the Wily Introscope/Diagnostics applications for the managed system that we no longer monitor?

It will be great to get some helpful information.
