xgraph compiler is not yet implemented

Hi all, sorry, but I'm having a problem with my Visual Composer (Portal Version 7.01 SP5).

When I want to do the deploy I get this message "xgraph compiler is not yet implemented"

I was reading this thread but in my Portal when I go to the Flash Option, I can see "Flash Compoment Manager", "Flash Component ID Manager" and "Developer's Guide", but all options are disabled, so I cannot select them.

If somebody can help me, I will gratefull.
