Digital Signature Preview Not Opening in SAP ECC when it is sent across from device in Work Manager

Hi all,

Standard feature of SAP Work Manager 6.4 (and its previous versions) is to capture the digital signature on completion of Work order. This is sent across to SAP ECC as .bmp image with default name "Signature".

This "Signature.bmp" image is a standard file which generally opens up in SAP ECC against IW33 tcode and preview is available.

But, when we open the file for preview in ECC, it shows the error as: 'Viewer Box: 2D Viewer could not be generated'

Can anyone assist us in this whether any settings are required to preview these type of attachments?

Hi all,

We tried installing ECL viewer but still the issue exists.

Do we have any 2D viewer installation to be done as the same is not available in Service Market Place.

Appreciate any inputs on this.
