Nakisa OrgChart Iview Error - Your session has timed out

Hi Experts,

we have Nakisa Org Chart:

Name : OrgChart

Product Version : 3.0

Build Version : 5.1.40.1

We have completed all of the installation configuration in the Manager.aspx. including the connections to the SAP-HR backend.

We have configured the Portal Iviews.

When we try to run Org Chart Iview from SAP Portal, in the window which opens we get this error:

Your session has timed out. This page will redirect in

and then this:

Login Failed. Either you are trying to access the application outside of portal. Or the Portal issued

ticket is rejected or expired.

and in the Nakisa Log we get this:

8/29/2011 2:02 PM: ERROR: Sap Authentication : Source {SAP.Connector}: Message {An attempt was

made to load a program with an incorrect format. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007000B)}

Does anyone know how to solve this issue ?
