Zero stock lines in report MB5B

Hi,

In report MB5B,we are getting the all values as zero in Opening,receipts,issues and Closing stock.It should not display,when we run the report.

How is it possible to get the report with no zero stock lines in MB5B?

HI,

Using T.Code MB5B - Stock on Posting Date report the following input data to be given and then execute the report.

Company Code : __________

Plant : ___________

Selection Date : ________ to _______ ( if required)

Stock Type : Valuated Stock to be selected

List Scope : under Category

Materials with Movements

without Opening Stock, Without Closing Stock - option to be ticked

Materials without Movements

without Opening Stock, Without Closing Stock

Settings :

Totals Only - Non - Hierarchical Representation Layout ZMB5B to be ticked.

Now, execute the report shown your requirement.

Hi,

Hi Execute the report from MB5B, and then on closing Stk Qty add the fiter value as > 0 ,then system only gives you the closing Qty availbale on Date .If the same is useful then make the default layout for the future use.

Hi,

there is a button "category" in the "list scope" fieldset at the selection screen. Try to check/uncheck some of the indicators. Probably first ones from both groups.
