What is the difference betw VBSEGS and BSEG tables ?

Hi,

Kindly clarify what is different betw VBSEGS and BSEG tables.

Some parked documents are seen in both the tables but some of them are not seen in VBSEG.

The main table for parked documents item details is BSEG then why is VBSEG required ?
