No costs revenues or Finances were selected while executing CJIC

User gets the above errormsg while executing CJIC. While others can.

SU53 screen shion object says the authorization object missing S_CTS_ADMI (Administration Functions In Change and Transport system)

Object Class BC_A

Authorization values TABL

I found a role for this user with combination of Transaction CJIC and the above auth object.

This role is missing for the others who can execute CJIC with the same project.

How to go ahead?

In any module of SAP. Basis can restrict certain transactions for certain users. Or it might even be an error while creating the user. The basis people can clarify and rectify.

We were analysing with a wrong object. The real object missing is Z_PRPS_ANR. I checked with object in all the roles and he is assigned with the proper range of person responsible.

I understand but why is this object related to transport organiser block the user from a normal transaction in PS?
