In payslip I need Two Details

1. Absence Quota Details for leaves

PL SL KL

Entitlement

Used

Remaining

2.Pan Number not displaed (P0185 table not available and Created with fields in PE51_CHECKTAB) but not coming in Payslip (Field ICNUM)

3. Net pay text to be displaed (Ex: Ten thounsand and five hundrand )

Entitlement: Table ZKQ - Field: ANZHL - Identifier :S* Quota No( 01/02...)

Used: Use Table ZKQ - Field: KVERB - Identifier :S* Quota No( 01/02...)

Remaining: Table ZKQ - Field: Table ZKQ - Field:REST - Identifier :S* Quota No( 01/02...)

For Pan No:

Please Check the Output Length and other parameters.

And For Net Pay Conversion , i thing you need some ABAP development.

In the identifier, My Quota not displayed. because of this I could not choose the details. Kindly let me know if i need to Update Anywhere.

For pan We are in advanced Support pack than the note. Do we need to Still apply to get the field.

For absence quota plz find below url...

For PAN numer check the Correction Instruction mentioned in the note for your support package ...if it is not there then you have to apply the note.

Thanks a lot. My Issue got solved in Quota.

Hi Gurus

But i have one more issue in Payslip.

1. Amount is coming as 100.00 and in window three it is touching window border and i could not extend Window also.So kindly let me know how to fix .

2. In Quota it is coming as 17.0000 but for me 17 is enough or 17.2 is enough. Kindly let me know how to fix.

1. Goto Window and check the PType and CTy assigned to wagetypes in that window....and goto Line Layout....here check against those Pty and CTy ....click on BETRG....here reduce the Column number.

2.Click on your Quota in Single Field and select the reuired 'Conversion' ...you have options like

06 1 Decimal Place

07 2 Decimal Places

09 Eliminate decimal places

10 Eliminate leading zeros

1. Follow Nasim reply and for leave type use table ZKQ and field KTART..

2. For PAN display in payslip check SAP Note 1370082.

3. In Single fields Table RT and Field BETRG , Identifier : /560 and Conversion : 23 ( Nubers in Words w/o DP)

and ZKSUM- ANZHL is for cumulated time quotas.

hi,

answer 1)Absence Quota Details for leaves use zksum table with anzhl

for two and three you have to workwith ABAPer to make the custom changes

as standard functionality it is not avialable.
