LSO - Curriculum still showing in portal as "Mandatory Training"

Curriculum still showing in Portal as Mandatory Training although all courses set to passed

Hello community,

I have a Curriculum including 2 courses. The curriculum has been made mandatory for a position.

Even when courses are set to "Passed" the Curriculum is still showing in the Portal "List of Mandatory Courses".

Can it be solved through master data or do I need to use the LSO_LEARNER enhancement to manage it?

If the courses are E-Learning(ET), following could have happened-

1. Although the course has been determined as passed by the content player, the user in Learning Portal may not have yet clicked on the 'Confirm Participation' link.

.

2. Follow-up participation is incopmlete.

3. The course may have a qulification which is not yet transferred to the employee because the followup is not complete.

Few of the above may also apply to classroom training.
