Error in Help Launchpad after upgrade 4.1 to 4.3

HI all,

i have successful uptaded my SPP installation from version 4.1 to 4.3; after the upgrade, anytime i try to recall a topic via the help launchpad, i can open the right simulation, but the system also open a grey window as shown in the picture below:

if i try to close this window before the start of the simulation, the system also close the simulation start window.

Instead if i run the simulation and then i try to close the grey window, the simulation is still visible but i lose the simulation start window.

Any help?
