ARE 1 problem

I have create ARE1 export under bond.

I an not able to update or post ARE 1 as it says "document is in process"

I have entered certification date, bond no and year. Please let em knwo what is teh problem

Also I cannot see the fields in certification date tab like ..confirmation date etc the 4-5 fields

Also how can I give option to user that whiel creating excise invoice he can to choose bond or no bond. i have specified bond in logestice geenralk settings in combinatioon with sales area plant. If i dont give it there then no able to create ARE 1 for excise invoice

Hi

You can only update the ARE 1 only after posting.

POst the ARE1 and then Update.

If the post button is there then check in

IMG-Logistics - General-Tax on Goods Movements---IndiaBusiness Transactions--Incoming Excise Invoices----Define Processing Modes Per Transaction.

Here check whether the POST and UPDATE are active for J1IA101 or J1IA102 or J1IA104

Ensure that the bond is created in J1IBN01 with the required option like Bond / No Bond etc.,

Hi

I have created bond using J1IBN01already. I not able to update or post ARE1 it as it always gives a message " inprocess/cancelled or reversed doc cannot be updated".

Also ai not able to see the fields in "certification tab while going to change/update mode like Arrived at Customs, Sent to Excise Dept, Export Confirmed.......I can see tehm in dispaly mode of ARE1.

Please let me know hoe to update and post it in this case.
