Hi Nainesh,
As I understand that you want to clone of your system on the different host and didn't install any component, yet. If I understood correctly, you should perform the major steps, below;
At the first stage, I would like to note that logical volume name is important. If they are same, it will be easy process
1) Install Oracle and apply same patches with the source system
2) Install SAP and copy kernel (/usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/exe/run) directory from source to destination.
3) Copy modified SAP profile parameters into "/usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/profile". Don't forget to make a backup of the existing SAP profiles, at the destination system, before you copy modified ones.
4) Configure profile parameters under "/oracle/SID/<release>/dbs" and "/oracle/SID/<release>/network/admin", belong to the database
5) Create control files. If you are not planning to change SID, you don't need to create control files from the scratch. You can open the database with the restored control files. Because all the datafiles path and SID will be the same as source system.
6) Start the database, respectively.
7) Configure OPS$ mechanism
😎 I strongly recommend you to create different logical volume and for datafiles and set their file system attribute to CIO
Or you can choose standard SAP system copy procedure
I hope that it is clear,
Best regards,

This kind of copying systems is not supported officially, however, technically you may get the system up and working.
