CSV File upload in DP Planning book swap the data among materials??

Hello Experts,

I am trying to upload Forecast Data for one of the Keyfigure for roughly 700+ materials directly into DP Planning Book. I am able to upload the data but unfortunately the Forecast data I uploads, gets swap out among other materials!!

I know the reason why it's doing that..Actually, the way Planning Book (SAP) sort the materials while fetching them into Planning Book is not right. Those materials are not not being sorted in Chronological (Neigher ascending nor descending) orders. They sorted randomly. Now, when I extract that file to upload the forecast values later, those materials in file does not carry any sort pattern. So, difficult for us to copy/paste data into the file for 700+ parts in a single shot. If I just upload the file with acsending/descending materials# order, SAP doesn't look at the correcsonding values for respective materials I am loading. These values gets swap out among different materials and makes a mess. How would I sort the materials in orders so that I can extract the file and load my forecast values simply by copy/paste?
