SAP Download Manager for OSX 10.7

Hello,

I have SAP gui for Java patch 6 in my download basket but I can not seem to find the instructions for installing download manager for Mac OSX. There are instructions for Windows, Linux etc. but none for OSX. I have installed Java SE6. I can't right click and download from the basket either.

Also, with Mac OSX, do you rule out any other front end tools like SAP BW query designer etc.?

Thanks.

you cannot use these tools on a MAC..

possible workaround: run with Windows virtual machine mode (or whatever it is called on Mac)

    Hello,

on the [Download Manager Help page|https://service.sap.com/~sapidb/002006825000000233132001], go for the Download Manager Java Archive (jar-file) mentioned in the Manual Installation for Windows and Linux section.

On the Mac, double clicking the DLManager.jar file will launch the Download Manager.

I can not really comment on your other question, regarding BEx Query Designer, you might want to refer to [note 1013140|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1013140] and other notes on component BW-SYS-GUI.

    Best regards

    Rolf-Martin
