unable to enhance Context node in BP_CONT comp

Hello Gurus,

i have enhanced BP_CONT component under newly created enhancement set.then i enhanced view ContactDeails in it.Later i tried enhancing context node RELATIONSHIPS from that view, i did right click on Relationships Context node, but i didnt find Enhance option in the list. Why didnt showing Enhance option on right click.

Other than Enhance it is showing everything like

Change binding

delete binding

assignment to desing layer etc....

Do i need to do some thing to make it avaialable in the list.

Please reply me asap, due to this issue , few of developments for this Component are in pending.

Hi,

This problem is solved.

This message is caused by a missing or incomplete entry in table

BSP_WD_EXT_HIST. The system checks for an entry with BSP_APPL =

ZBP_CONT_SEARCH and VIEWNAME = Search SRC_APPL = BP_CONT_SEARCH. This

entry is normally written when the view is enhanced.

Now we have moved this table entries from developement system to staging. now i am able to enhance the context node sucessfully.

HI Seema,

You will not be able to see the Enhance option only if the related view (BP_CONT/ContactDetails) is not enhanced. Please check again if the view is enhanced properly or not and then try enhancing the RELATIONSHIP Context Node. Sometimes you might have to exit the Component WorkBench transaction and reopen the Component to see your changes.
