Hi Gurus,
We've decided to use questionaries to differantiate our portfolio item + projects for KPI measurements.
But at the end of each project we want to measure customer satisfaction by using some kind of survey like CRM surveys.
Is there any chance of using them or what can be used instead of this kind of surveys?

Hi,
You can leverage questionnaires to include such surveys. PPM 5.0 onwards questionnaires support text input as well.
If you use the standard fields mapped to questionnaires for KPI calculations, you can create custom fields and assign them the survey questionnaire.
