Hello all, I am using SRM 7.0 and SRM-MDM catalog 3.0. When I try to create a new entrie in the catalog using Excel file with normal prices and catalog prices, the system doesn´t work very well. If I desactivated workflow entrie is created with normal prices, but if I activated workflow again, system doesn´t update any price (normal or catalog prices).
Where can I check this error? I don´t have any parameter in the workflow that include prices.
Another problem that I have is this:
I try to update an entrie that already exists in Data Manager. I try to update normal and catalog prices. If I replace an entrie that already exist, I don´t have problem, system updates normal and catalog prices, but if the entrie doesn´t exist then system only updates normal prices, catalog prices throw error message and delete all information in this field.
What can I do in this case?
And the last problem is:
I have an entrie in the Data Manager with a contract that was replicated from ERP system. This contract is for material 18 and company code XXXX. The entrie that have this contract associated is for material 20. When I try to create shopping cart with this price and this material, system doesn´t validate that this contract is not for material 20, it pass the error and when shopping cart tries to generate follow on document, appears the error as normally. How can I do to check via standard, that in the shopping cart system validates that this contract is not correct?
Can I update an entrie in Data Manager via Excel with a contract that was not replicated from ERP system?
